1st day
Arrival at the International Airport in Budapest.
Transfer to Kecskemét, (80 km) with an English speaking through guide.
Light meal (sandwiches, fruits).
Overnight: Hotel Aranyhomok (4-star hotel).
2nd day
Walking sightseeing tour in Kecskemét. (Town hall, Cifra Palota, Kodály Institute, Synagogue, etc.) Following transfer to a horse farm. (19 km).
Tour the grounds of the farm in a horse-drawn carriage, than the guests can enjoy a 30 minute horse show where the wranglers will present their skills. After the show have a lunch (Goulash soup - Hungarian speciality) accompanied by live gipsy music.
After lunch departure for Kalocsa (82 km).
The name of this quiet town is inseparable from the famous Hungarian paprika. After a short sightseeing walk in the heart of the town, the guests enjoy a 20 minute organ concert at the Cathedral.
In the Folk Art House Hungarian women make the guests acquainted with the decorative Kalocsa embroidery.
Leave to Pécs.(101 km)

3rd day
Pécs was a flourishing settlement two tousand years ago, when Christianity had already appeared in the Roman Empire. The first university in the country was founded here in 1367.
During the sightseeing tour visit to the ancient Christian Tombs (World Heritage), the Cathedral, and the Csontváry Museum.
Tourist lunch at a downtown restaurant.
After lunch visit the world famous Zsolnay Porcelain Manufactury and the Museum (cca. 1 hour).
Zsolnay is one of the world's premier porcelain manufactories founded in 1853. In the Zsolnay Museum, displays of the finest pieces of award-winnig Zsolnay porcelain are to bee seen.
Superior dinner at a first class restaurant in Pécs.
After dinner return to Bikal (68 km).
Overnight at 4 star Hotel Corso.
4th day
Departure for Tihany and crossing the Lake Balaton by ferry boat (149 km).
Visit to the Abbey Church in Tihany (20 min.), the Fishermen's House (20 min.) and enjoy the best view of the lake Balaton.
Proceed to Balatonfüred Halászkert restaurant. (10 km).
Tourist lunch accompanied by live gipsy music.
Proceed to Hévíz, the largest natural thermal water lake in the world (65 km).
Entrance to the territory of the lake. Enjoy the bathing facilities.
Lake temperature is 26-28°C in winter, 31-33°C in summer, so bathing is possible in the open air bath throughout the year. Due to the high water output of the spring, the water of the lake is completely changed within 48 hours.
Dinner at a 'Csárda' restaurant in Hévíz.
After dinner visit to the Festetics Castle in Keszthely (6 km).
This Castle with its 101 rooms is one of the three largest baroque style castle in Hungary. The guests can enjoy a candlelight night tour and a mini concert in the castle.

5th day
Proceed to Martonvásár, a favourite destination for music lovers (184 km).
Visit the forty-acre English park belonging to the Brunszvik Palace and the Beethoven Museum (45 min). Beethoven was a guest on several occasions and composed a number of his famous works here, the Appassionata sonata among others.
Drive to Budapest. (30 km).
Tourist lunch at a restaurant in the city center.
After lunch drive to Gödöllő (29 km).
The Royal Palace at Gödöllő, one of the largest baroque palace in Hungary, was built by the Grassalkovich family, later Emperor Franz Josef and his wife Elisabeth ("Sissi") used it as their summer residence.
After this return to Budapest (29 km).
Folklor dinner at a 'Csárda' restaurant in Budapest.
Overnight at Corinthia Grand Hotel Royal (5-star hotel).
6th day
Sightseeing tour in Budapest. Heroes' Square, Andrássy Avenue, Opera House. Possibility to visit the interior of Parliament building or the Opera House (depending of openings).
Superior lunch at a first class restaurant in the Castle district.
After lunch, visit the Royal Palace, the interior of the Matthias Church, and enjoy the magnificent view from Fishermen's Bastion and the Gellért Hill.
In the evening, Danube cruise by charter boat. Superior buffet dinner on the deck with champagne and wines.
Duration of the cruise is 90 minutes.
Overnight at Corinthia Grand Hotel Royal (5-star hotel).
7th day
Transfer to the Vienna or to the Budapest Airport.
